Mental Health

At Peak Skills, we have been teaching people how to help others with physical problems for many years.  We recognise that mental health problems can be just as painful and debilitating as physical injuries and therefore we are passionate about training people to help others with mental health problems too.  

Our Mental Health First Aid trainer delivers the Adult Two Day Mental Health First Aid (England) course.  This can be done at your venue for a group of your staff, or for individuals on Open Courses.  

We can also offer shorter courses in schools for pupils or staff.
