Please provide a prepared quiet training area suitable for the number of candidates and the practical element of this course, consisting of:
Chairs for all candidates, a carpeted area or mats, Tea & Coffee making facilities
Please advise candidates to wear clothing suitable for practising First Aid on the floor! (NO SKIRTS)
Candidates will need to bring a pen and notepad to the training.
Booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of the completed booking form
On receipt of your booking form, your course will be confirmed and invoice sent where required.
Payment must be made prior to training unless previously agreed with Peak Skills head Office.
Cancellation clause - Full payment will be charged if the booking is cancelled less than 10 working days prior to the date of training.
Postponing your course - please note a charge of up to 50% of the course fee will be made should you amend the date of your booking within ten working days of your course date.
Certificates, if appropriate, will be sent within 28 days of successful completion of the course.
Please note - certificates will only be issued once FULL payment has been received.
